We want your ear seeds to reach you safely and without stress. Here's how shipping works:
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after you receive your confirmation email. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Within Lithuania
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days after your order ships
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location
- Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package is on its way
We're based in Vilnius and ship via [Omniva/LP Express/DPD] for reliable local delivery.
Shipping to EU Countries
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Cost: Varies by country, shown at checkout
- Tracking: Included with all orders
We ship to all EU member states. If your country isn't showing at checkout, contact us at info@ilumewell.com and we'll see what we can do.
International Shipping (Outside EU)
- Delivery time: Varies by location and local postal services (typically 10–20 business days)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Customs & duties: You may be charged import fees, taxes, or customs duties by your country. These aren't included in our shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery. We have no control over these fees - they're set by your local customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you'll get an email with:
- Tracking number
- Link to follow your order
- Estimated delivery window
If tracking shows your order is stuck or delayed, reach out - we're here to help.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to get orders out quickly, but sometimes things happen beyond our control:
- Customs processing (especially for international orders)
- Postal service strikes or disruptions
- Public holiday
- Unexpected weather or logistics issues.
Estimated delivery times are just that - estimates, not guarantees. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- Contact us at info@ilumewell.com within 14 days
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
- We'll work with you to resolve it - replacement, refund, or re-ship
